Construction
The Gatan Balaclava – Kids is worked from the bottom up by first knitting the ribbed neck in the round and then switching to working flat in garter rib for the head section. Beautiful shaping is worked in the back and the top of the head making for a fun knit. Stitches are picked up along the edge of the head opening and finished with a simple 1×1 rib.
